به گزارش مشرق، ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران با انتشار بیانیهای ضمن ابراز نگرانی عمیق نسبت به تداوم اقدامهای تجاوزکارانه و نقض مکرر تعهدات ناشی از آتشبس رژیم صهیونیستی علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران و لبنان اعلام کرد: این اقدامهای تجاوزکارانه که در موارد متعدد با نقض حقوق بنیادین بشر، ازجمله حق حیات، حق امنیت و حمایت از غیرنظامیان همراه بوده است، مغایر با تعهدات بینالمللی دولتها ذیل منشور ملل متحد، حقوق بینالملل بشردوستانه و اسناد بینالمللی حقوق بشر محسوب میشود.
متن این بیانیه به شرح زیر است:
ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران با ابراز نگرانی عمیق نسبت به تداوم اقدامات تجاوزکارانه و نقض مکرر تعهدات ناشی از آتشبس مورخ ۱۹ فروردین، رفتارهای غیرقانونی و تنشزای رژیم صهیونیستی علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران و لبنان را به شدیدترین وجه محکوم مینماید.
نقض مکرر آتشبس، انجام حملات فرامرزی، تهدید مستمر صلح و امنیت منطقهای و بیاعتنایی آشکار به اصول بنیادین حقوق بینالملل، ازجمله اصل منع توسل به زور مندرج در بند ۴ ماده ۲ منشور ملل متحد، مصداق بارز رفتارهای غیرمسئولانهای است که ثبات منطقه را با مخاطرات جدی مواجه ساخته و موجب تشدید رنج و ناامنی برای غیرنظامیان میشود.
این اقدامات تجاوزکارانه که در موارد متعدد با نقض حقوق بنیادین بشر، از جمله حق حیات، حق امنیت و حمایت از غیرنظامیان همراه بوده است، مغایر با تعهدات بینالمللی دولتها ذیل منشور ملل متحد، حقوق بینالملل بشردوستانه و اسناد بینالمللی حقوق بشر محسوب میشود؛ استمرار چنین رفتارهایی، نهتنها نظم حقوقی بینالمللی را تضعیف میکند، بلکه اعتبار سازوکارهای بینالمللی مسئول حفظ صلح و امنیت را نیز با چالش مواجه میسازد.
ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران ضمن تاکید بر مسئولیت جامعه بینالمللی، بهویژه شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد، در قبال پیشگیری از تکرار این اقدامات غیرقانونی، خواستار اتخاذ تدابیر مؤثر و فوری برای واداشتن رژیم صهیونیستی به رعایت کامل تعهدات بینالمللی و توقف سیاستهای تجاوزکارانه و بیثباتکننده آن میباشد.
جمهوری اسلامی ایران، همواره بر ضرورت احترام به اصول حقوق بینالملل، حفظ صلح و امنیت منطقهای و حلوفصل اختلافات از طریق سازوکارهای قانونی و مسالمتآمیز تاکید داشته است؛ با این حال، مطابق ماده ۵۱ منشور ملل متحد و قواعد مسلم حقوق بینالملل، هر دولت از حق ذاتی دفاع مشروع در برابر تجاوز مسلحانه برخوردار است؛ جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز حق قانونی و مشروع خود را برای اتخاذ اقدامات لازم و متناسب به منظور دفاع از حاکمیت، تمامیت ارضی، امنیت ملی و حفاظت از شهروندان خود محفوظ میدارد.
در پایان، ستاد حقوق بشر جمهوری اسلامی ایران تاکید مینماید که صلح پایدار تنها از رهگذر پایبندی تمامی طرفها به قواعد حقوق بینالملل، احترام به حقوق بشر، توقف اقدامات تجاوزکارانه و پایان دادن به سیاست مصونیت از پاسخگویی برای ناقضان حقوق بینالملل، محقق خواهد شد.

The High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran, expressing deep concern over the continuation of aggressive actions and the repeated violations of obligations arising from the ceasefire dated April 8 2026, strongly condemns the unlawful and destabilizing conduct of the Israeli regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran and Lebanon.
Repeated violations of the ceasefire, cross-border attacks, persistent threats to regional peace and security, and blatant disregard for fundamental principles of international law, including the prohibition on the use of force as enshrined in Article 2(4) of the Charter of the United Nations, constitute clear examples of irresponsible conduct that has placed regional stability at serious risk and has led to the intensification of suffering and insecurity among civilians.
These acts of aggression, which in numerous instances have been accompanied by violations of fundamental human rights, including the right to life, the right to security and the protection of civilians, are considered inconsistent with States’ international obligations under the Charter of the United Nations, international humanitarian law, and international human rights instruments. The continuation of such conduct not only undermines the international legal order but also places at risk the credibility of international mechanisms responsible for the maintenance of peace and security.
The High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while emphasizing the responsibility of the international community, particularly the United Nations Security Council, in preventing the recurrnce of such unlawful acts, calls for the adoption of effective and immediate measures to compel the Israeli regime to fully comply with its international obligations and to cease its aggressive and destabilizing policies.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has consistently emphasized the necessity of respecting the principles of international law, maintaining regional peace and security, and resolving disputes through lawful and peaceful mechanisms. However, pursuant to Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations and established rules of international law, every State has the inherent right of self-defense in response to an armed attack. The Islamic Republic of Iran likewise reserves its lawful and legitimate right to take necessary and proportionate measures to defend its sovereignty, territorial integrity, national security, and to protect its citizens.
In conclusion, the High Council for Human Rights of the Islamic Republic of Iran emphasizes that sustainable peace can only be achieved through full compliance by all parties with the rules of international law, respect for human rights, the cessation of aggressive actions, and an end to the policy of impunity for violators of international law.
